Jaala
The Hon. Jaala Pulford is a former Victorian
Government Minister now board director and
adviser who works at the intersection of health innovation, technology, and community impact.
Over 16 years in Parliament, and 8 years in Cabinet she led major portfolios across agriculture, regional development, small business, innovation, medical research, the digital economy and resources — experience that gives her a rare, practical understanding of how policy, industry and communities come together to create lasting progress.
Since leaving politics, Jaala has built a portfolio career focused on organisations shaping Australia’s future. She is Chair of AUScelerate and the Children’s Cancer Foundation, and a non‑executive director with Tenet Advisory & Investments, Wavewise Analytics, and the Tech Council of Australia, contributing her deep policy experience and insight into Australia’s tech and innovation landscape.
Recognised for her clarity, calm and curiosity, Jaala brings a thoughtful, grounded and future‑focused approach to complex challenges and organisational change. She works where innovation, public value and long‑term strategy meet — helping teams and organisations create change that endures, with an eye to scalable impact and sustainable growth.
